Position Summary
The BCBA provides clinical oversight, treatment planning, staff supervision, and caregiver collaboration across clinic and school-based settings. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, designing behavior intervention plans, supervising clinical teams, analyzing data, and supporting meaningful client progress across the lifespan. Organizational day program hours operate Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m. to support clinical continuity, collaboration, supervision, and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Wisconsin licensure (or eligibility)
- Valid driver’s license
