Volunteer Expectations
As a representative of Capella University, alumni volunteers are expected to:
- Communicate openly and promptly with Alumni Association staff regarding your availability and commitment to volunteer activities.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and respect when engaging in university events and programs.
- Review and sign a Talent Release Form and follow Presenter Best Practices before participating as a speaker or panelist.
Who Can Volunteer?
To participate in the Alumni Volunteer Program, you must be a verified graduate of Capella University.

Volunteer opportunities are available on an as-needed basis, and alumni will be contacted as opportunities align with their skills and interests. Participation is subject to the availability of appropriate volunteer roles and the needs of the Alumni Association.
