Presenting at conferences can be a great, but expensive way to showcase your skills, knowledge and expertise. Apply for the Alumni Development Grant to help offset the costs of presenting at a professional conference.
Capella University’s Alumni Development Grant supports graduates who have been selected to present their research at regional, national, or international conferences. Up to 5 grants are available every quarter. If you are presenting at an upcoming conference, submit an application and you may be eligible for a grant of up to $500. Applications are approved, and grants are awarded, in the order that they are received. Because only a limited number of Alumni Development Grants are available each quarter, please submit your completed application and all additional required application materials as early as possible. If you are not selected, we welcome you to apply again in a future quarter.
Required Application Materials:
- Completed Alumni Development Grant Request Form
- The topic and abstract of the accepted paper or presentation
- A one-page biography of the presenter including your relationship with Capella University
- Proof of acceptance to present at the conference
