Alumni Spotlight: Jennifer Posa, PhD, on Culture, Research and Impact

Before pursuing a doctoral program, Dr. Jennifer Posa was already consulting Fortune 100 companies on population health strategy. Her experiences in that work inspired her to pursue Capella's PhD program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. Read Dr. Posa's story.

Alumni Spotlight: Caitlin McCarty Volunteers with Project Sunshine

Caitlin McCarty, Capella alumna and MS Counseling student, volunteered with Project Sunshine during a recent Chicago residency. She and fellow students assembled basketball activity kits for pediatric patients, including a journal, markers, and a stress ball, as part of a Project Sunshine volunteer effort. "I wanted to bring comfort, joy, and a sense of normalcy to children facing serious medical challenges," Caitlin said. Alumni Spotlight: Ray Malmassari, DIT, and Anedria Pritchett, BS, Recognized by NSLS

Dr. Ray Malmassari inspired new members of the National Society for Leadership and Success as the keynote speaker for the February 3 virtual induction ceremony. Anedria Pritchett, BS, was featured in the NSLS Member Spotlight for her leadership and the impact she is making in her career and community.
